How a search runs

1. Calibration, day one. A 45-minute call on the role, the team it joins, the reporting line and the salary band. You get a written brief to approve, so we are hunting the same person you are.

2. Market Map, same day. Our team identifies where these resources are, to understand and plan the sourcing method.

3. Shortlist, by day 7.  Three to five candidates, each with a one-page report: project history, PRC licence status, site-versus-design experience, notice period, salary expectation and why they will move.

4. Offer & first 90 days. We manage counter-offers and check in with both sides at 30, 60 and 90 days. If the hire leaves inside that window, we replace them at no additional fee.
